admissions open for 22/23
At KSI Bogota we take the time to get to know every family and ensure all our children feel comfortable and happy at school.
We are committed to delivering the best education for your child and we treat every child as an individual. KSI Bogota is an International Baccalaureate World School for students aged 4-18. The School follows the IB Primary Years Programme and Diploma Programme with most of the classes taught in English.
Located in northern Bogota on a grand, spacious campus our students have access to an excellent array of facilities in a safe and secure environment. Class sizes are kept small to provide an intimate learning environment allowing students to build their confidence.
1. Book a visit
School visits give families the opportunity to meet with some members of the admissions committee and the School Director. Our tours are personalised to cater to the needs of each family. We offer one-to-one tours to provide that extra level of service families appreciate. Visits can be booked by calling the school on +57 1 7456215, 315 7006662, or booking online.
2. Complete Application Form
We want to make the admissions process as seamless as possible. We ask prospective families to complete an Application Form online and we will then coordinate a KSI Experience Day for the child.
3. Join a KSI Experience Day
The KSI Experience Days are an opportunity for students to meet future classmates in a regular school setting. Preschool and primary students benefit from a ‘Play Day’, which allows younger children to take part in play-based activities and become familiar with their surroundings. KSI Experience Days allow students to fully immerse themselves into the KSI environment and get to know the campus. Students are paired with a classmate who will take them around the school. Book an Experience Day here.
4. Admissions Interview
All prospective families (parents and child) are required to attend an admissions interview where they meet with the admissions team to understand the school’s values and expectations required of their child. Children will be asked some questions in order for the school to make an assessment on the child and get to know them better. Students in Year 2 up to Year 6 will be asked to take a MAP test and students from Y7 an internal assessment, to evaluate their development level.
5. Await Outcome
The admissions committee will review the application documents and inform the family of the results.
